Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Dusty Wedges.

Returns
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom & Personalized Items
Because many of our products are made to order, customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
