Minor variations, knots, or natural imperfections are not defects.

Each piece is unique.
5. Custom & Personalized Orders
Many products are made to order and may include custom personalization.

Accept responsibility for spelling, formatting, and content.
Acknowledge that custom and personalized products are final sale unless damaged or defective.

6. Production & Fulfillment Time
All production and shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to volume, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
7. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments. We do not store complete credit card information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
8. Shipping & Risk of Loss
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
9. Installation & Use Disclaimer
Our products are lightweight decorative display items.
By purchasing, you agree that:
You are responsible for proper installation.
You assume all risks associated with mounting or hanging the product.
Dusty Wedges, LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation or misuse.
10. Limited Workmanship Warranty
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in workmanship at the time of delivery.
This limited warranty:
Applies only to the original purchaser.
Does not cover normal wear and tear.
Does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, modification, or accidents.
Does not cover natural wood variations.
If you believe your product has a workmanship defect, contact us at support@dustywedges.com within a reasonable timeframe with photos and order details.
Our sole obligation under this warranty is repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
11. Returns & Refunds

Custom and personalized products are final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, logos, images, product concepts, and text — is the property of Dusty Wedges, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
You agree to contact us at support@dustywedges.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in legal action.

Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Injury or property damage resulting from installation or misuse
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dusty Wedges, LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these Terms.
16. Arbitration & Waiver of Class Actions
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the purchase of products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class arbitration.
