Order Processing
Once your order is placed:
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days (processing time includes order confirmation, packaging, and handoff to the carrier).
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that production and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, peak seasons, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping options (e.g., Standard, Expedited) and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery timelines provided by carriers begin once your order has shipped — not when the order is placed.
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer flat rate U.S. shipping on all orders.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before purchase is completed.
Flat rate shipping covers standard ground delivery through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipment is created.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, mis-deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first contacting the carrier. If further assistance is needed, please contact us.
Shipping Delays & Issues
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by:
Weather or natural disasters
Carrier service disruptions
High-volume seasonal shipping
Incorrect or incomplete address information

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you may return it according to our Refund Policy (linked here).
